A Mechanicsburg native, Sue Rupp launched her real estate career in 2003 surrounded by the breathtaking mountain ranges and pristine desert landscape of Fountain Hills, Arizona. Amidst that magnificent panorama, Sue rapidly learned how to help every client find their own personal oasis in the desert.
Only a year after obtaining her real estate license in Arizona, she earned the prestigious “Rookie of the Year” award for the Fountain Hills Prudential Arizona Properties Office. She also worked as a Buyer’s Agent for a Luxury Team within Russ Lyon Sotheby’s in upscale Scottsdale, Arizona.
Sue moved back to the leafy green forests and four seasons of the colorful Keystone State in 2005 and obtained her Pennsylvania real estate license. In March 2010, Sue joined RSR Realtors, where she is now an Accredited Buyer’s Agent and e-Pro certified and licensed to sell real estate in both Pennsylvania and Arizona.
In deciding to return to her home base of Central Pennsylvania, Sue points to her love of the area’s not-too-big yet not-too-small feel and its close-knit communities.
Sue has a passion for helping clients in all aspects of the home-buying and selling process, especially in the active older adult market. She specializes selling in Traditions of America, and also Carmella, Cortland Park and Amblebrook. Sue appreciates that she is not only helping people transition to a more leisurely lifestyle without the hassle of yardwork and snow removal, but building personal relationships that endure far beyond settlement.
Sue is also a certified personal fitness trainer who operates an in-home personal training business geared to women. Additionally, she works as an aquatics and spinning instructor and is an avid swimmer and runner. In keeping with her high-energy lifestyle, Sue is always ready to help clients with their real estate needs.
Whether you are in the market to buy or sell, Sue will put her wealth of talents to work for you!
