Spencer G. Nauman, III is a man of many talents, travels and trades.
A 1983 graduate of Mechanicsburg Area High School, Spencer earned a master’s degree in business education from Shippensburg University, sold upscale real estate in tony Palm Beach and West Palm Beach, Florida, is a sought-after tech wizard who conducts tutorials for computer neophytes, and is a beginning farmer who just dipped his toe into raising grass-fed cattle.
So how did this modern-day Renaissance man land in the heart of central Pennsylvania, selling residential real estate at RSR, REALTORS®? Not only is this historic region his original home, but the area’s many beautiful neighborhoods appeals to his love of upscale housing and his zest for educating and guiding the consumer.
Originally from Bowmansdale, Pa., Spencer lived and worked in Montana and Utah in the mid-90s, fine-tuning his acumen for sales, software training, marketing and deep powder skiing, before relocating to the Sunshine State in 1998. In Florida, he became an award-winning Realtor who closed an average of $25 million in sales a year. In 2002 and 2003, his sales team earned accolades for attaining the highest sales volume for two years in a row.
Recently, he returned to Pennsylvania and now lives in Upper Allen Township to be closer to parents.

In his spare time, Spencer relishes his time skiing, golfing and raising grass-fed cattle.
