Curt Trogner is a proud member of the RSR, REALTORS® staff, focusing on residential, investment, office leasing, commercial and retail sales and buying. Constantly striving for the best for his clients, he was RSR’s Commercial Agent of the Year in 2007, 2010 and 2011. In 2007, he was in the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors Commercial Winners Circle. With total transaction volume of $53 million, totaling 818,000 square feet, he represents the complete needs of clients.
Curt has been working in real estate since 1999, the year he earned his license and joined RSR. He continued his experience with NAI/CIR from June 2003 to November 2005, building total transaction volume of $7 million and 152,000 square feet. He returned to RSR in 2005, adding residential work to his portfolio. In 2014, he earned his Pennsylvania broker’s license by completing the additional education beyond licensure requirements.
Curt enjoys working on a variety of jobs, whether it’s completing large commercial deals or helping families looking for new homes. He’s skilled at managing the complex array of details needed for a successful transaction.
“Marketing the property is just the beginning,” he says. “Once someone wants to lease or purchase it, that’s when it starts. It’s our job to get the property to settlement.”
Curt earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Lycoming College, Williamsport, PA. There, he played three years of Division III lacrosse, serving as team captain, and one year of club lacrosse. He is a graduate of Harrisburg Academy.

Curt grew up in a realty atmosphere, learning about development and construction from his father, uncle and grandfather, who developed Central Pennsylvania office sites. Today, he and his wife live in Lemoyne, where their young twins – a girl and a boy – keep them busy. When there’s time, he enjoys fishing and taking motorcycle trips with friends.
