RSR REALTORS and RSR APPRAISERS & ANALYSTS have provided feasibility and real estate appraisal services to numerous public entities since 1970.   RSR is the largest commercial real estate brokerage and appraisal firm in Central Pennsylvania.  RSR has provided similar project support to the following public entities:

York County (Chuck Noll, County Administrator and Christopher Reilly, Commissioner) RSR provided appraisal services and analysis on the York County Youth Detention Center.  York County sold the building to a private company and outsourced the youth detention service for the county.

Dauphin County (Chad Saylor, County Clerk and George Hartwick, Commissioner) RSR recently provided appraisal analysis and financial feasibility studies for the Northern Dauphin County Government Center proposed for Millersburg, PA.  The analysis included construction estimates, rental rates, and financial rates of return.   RSR also provided appraisal services on the County Administration building for market analysis and provided financial analysis of the County Nursing Home for the eventual sale.  RSR also assisted the county in its development of sites for the relocation services.

City of Harrisburg (Mayor Stephen R. Reed, Tina King, Director of Parks and Recreation) RSR has provided real estate appraisal and analysis services for the City of Harrisburg and several city agencies including:  Department of Parks and Recreation; the Harrisburg Authority; the Harrisburg Parking Authority; and the Harrisburg Public School District.   Projects include the Seventh Street Widening; several Municipal Parking Garages; City Island Appraisals; the Harrisburg Senators Riverfront/Commerce Bank Stadium analysis; lease analysis for restaurants on City Island; land swap; analysis of the DeHart Dam land; financial analysis on the Evangelical Press Building (now leased the Harrisburg Area Community College); marketing of the Harrisburg Transportation Center; financial analysis for the Allison Hill Community Center and the City Waterworks Building as well as dozens of smaller projects.

Steelton Borough (Michael Musser, Borough Secretary) RSR provided a complete financial feasibility, highest and best use analysis, on the New Steelton Project encompassing the main street corridor of Steelton Borough.

Cumberland County (Rich Moore, County Administrator, Bruce Barclay, Commissioner) RSR performed appraisal analysis and financial services to the Cumberland County Commissioners on excess land near the County Prison and County Nursing Home, and acquisition of buildings for county offices.
