Mr. Darcangelo was appointed President of MCA Business Brokers by the Board of Directors of Central Penn Business Brokers, LLC, on September 15, 2005.

Tony has over 15 years of professional experience as a business owner and as a corporate executive with several Fortune 500 companies. He earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration & Marketing from the Penn State University. Tony is a 2005 graduate of Donna Dailey’s SCHOOL OF BUSINESS BROKERAGE. This the only educational program of its kind exclusively focused on the practice of 'Main Street' and 'general' business brokerage.

Tony is most proud of his accomplishments as a local entrepreneur and business owner. He was the founder of a medical staffing franchise in the Harrisburg area in 1993 and served as the Executive Director. He and his partners sold this business in 1997. MCA Business Brokers served as the 'intermediary' and advisor on the sale. In 1998, Tony became a Partner in a Harrisburg based Private Equity Group that acquired a local Staffing Company and served as the President of that company until 2001. During his tenure, he and his partners expanded the company from a single office to four offices, hired a direct sales force, and automated operations. Today, that company is a leading regional staffing provider in Central Pennsylvania.

Tony continues to serve as the President and Managing Partner of MCA Business Brokers. He is also a PA Licensed Commercial Realtor with a Strategic Alliance with RSR Realtors, LLC. He works closely with Agents at RSR who have Clients with Property with a 'going-concern' business to be sold. He is also a Partner in a successful technology consulting company and a franchise specialty retail store. Currently, Tony and a team of 'Trusted' advisors are creating an Alliance that will focus on providing business owners with comprehensive Exit Strategy solutions.

As a Harrisburg native, Tony resides in the Linglestown area with his family. He is passionate about the small business community in Central Pennsylvania. As a business owner himself, Tony understands from personal experience the challenges of business ownership including: start up, managing growth, turnaround, succession planning, and executing a successful exit strategy.
