Jim is active in both commercial and residential real estate. He has closed over $150,000,000 worth of real estate in the past 3 years.

His 25 year experience in all aspects of the real estate business allows him to proficiently handle anything from the sale of a $100,000 townhouse to a $20,000,000 office portfolio.

Jim and his wife, Joame, live in Swatara Township and have two sons - Jimmy and Jeffrey. Jimmy is a junior at PSU while Jeffrey will be starting his college career at PSU in the fall of 2009.
