Gary J. Rosenstrauch joined RSR REALTORS© approximately eight (8) years ago. Today he has
over nineteen (19) years of Commercial real estate experience in the Central Pennsylvania region. He has
earned his CCIM designation by demonstrating a high level of competence and knowledge throughout his
commercial real estate career, as well as satisfactory completion of advanced course work in all phases of
Commercial real estate. The CCIM designation is one of the most prestigious and respecte designations a
commercial realtor can earn.
Gary has a wide range of experience in office leasing and investment sales, as well as commercial
and industrial sales and leasing. While he has knowledge in all sector of the market, industrial sales and
leasing. While he has knowledge in all sectors of the market, industrial sales and leasing are his
specialty in fact, he authors a highly respected, and widely distributed semiannual report on the absorption
rates and availabilities of the industrial and flex lease market in the Harrisburg (MSA) metropolitan
statistical area.
Traditionally, he represents property owners in the sale and/or leasing of their properties. However, his
knowledge of the market, experience and contacts sometimes find him representing buyers or tenants in the
serach of facilities to meet their individual needs. In addition, Gary has done fee base consulting work
for some of the largest manufacturers in our area. He has, also, advised many individuals requiring experienced
insight and suggestions on how to add value to their properties.
Mr. Rosenstrauch earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from North Carolina State University. Prior to becoming
a Commercial Realtor ©, he was a regional marketing manager for a national apparel manufacturer. After a
successful career in the garment industry, he developed a regional retail chain of unisex apparel stores. At
the company's peak, the Main Ingredient operated eight (8) stores in central Pennsylvania.
In his spare time, Gary is active in several professional, community and religious organizations.
He and his wife, Sherry, live in Lower Paxton Township, north of Harrisburg, and have four grown children and
two grandchildren.
